She will provide examples from her many years of workshops with schools and community settings as well as from her clinical practice with individuals and groups.

PRESENTED BY CATHY LANDER-GOLDBERG, MSW, LCSW
Cathy Lander-Goldberg, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker at St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute who works with individuals with a variety of mental health issues and is a group therapist in the SLBMI Intensive Outpatient Eating Disorders Program. She has more than 25 years experience conducting expressive workshops in a variety of settings including psychiatric hospitals, schools for at-risk youth, residential treatment programs and community centers throughout the Midwest. She is the author of the workbook, PHOTO EXPLORATIONS: A Girl's Guide to Self-Discovery Through Photography, Writing and Drawing. She also is a professional photographer and the curator of the traveling photo and literary exhibit, The RESILIENT SOULS PROJECT, which celebrates inner strength.
